Learning to use an embroidery machine can be a daunting task; therefore, this instruction was created to help alleviate some of the stress when learning how to operate new machinery.
Upon completion of this instruction, you will know the basics of operating an embroidery machine and know how to get started using it!
So what are you waiting for? To get started, point to the Modules menu in the navigation menu and then click on pre-assessment. The lessons are easy to understand, offer a variety of assignments, and will help you on your way to get stitching!
Mrs. Durkin has been teaching at Mission Valley since 2014 and overall since 2002. During her first year at Mission Valley, a student in her Applied Business Development class created a business plan and MV Prints Screen Printing was born. Since then, the business has grown to include embroidery and vinyl.
When not at school, you will find Mrs. Durkin taking care of her husband and two children, working in her garden, and sometimes, playing the piano.
