Modules
Students will learn to thread the embroidery machine by demonstrating proper order and direction of thread as the thread is threaded through the machine. Once machine is threaded, students will adjust tension knobs to the correct tension settings.
Students will learn to tie a correct knot when changing thread color, so that the knot will slide easily through the needle eye.
Module 3 - Choosing Stabilizer
Students will learn which stabilizer to use with their fabric choice.
Students will learn how to load the hoop onto the machine, load a built-in design, change needle thread color, stitch the design, trim the design, use the correct scissors for specific tasks, and pack the garment for delivery.
Students will learn how to oil the machine and set up a schedule for the machine's daily and weekly maintenance.
About This Course
Students will learn how to thread the machine, tie a correct knot for changing thread color, hoop fabric, choose stabilizer, use correct scissors for specific fabrics and tasks, load the fabric and hoop on the machine, stitch a built-in design, and provide daily and weekly machine maintenance.
